Important Notes

  • Deadline for registration is April 30, 2018 May 15, 2018.
  • A deposit of USD 400.00 for each participant is due upon submission of this form to reserve your space. Full payment deadline is on April 30, 2018 May 15, 2018.
  • Exclusions: Above rates do not include the following: Tips or gratuities, International and domestic airfares, optional tours, meals not listed in the itinerary, Philippine travel tax (if applicable), and other incidental expenses.
  • Additional 4% charge will be incurred if paying by credit card.

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation must be made not later than May 2, 2018 to qualify for 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after June 6, 2018. Notice of cancellation must be made via mail to ambassadorstour@rajahtours.com.ph. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within five (5) working days and fees will be refunded after the event.
